the baby at 8 months

So the baby is 32 weeks and 3 days. He is measuring pretty big and they think he is about 5 lbs. so we might be looking at a 9 lb baby! lol nice huh? well..in the pictures he is holding his foot up to his mouth, its pretty cute. he also looks like he is wearing a shower cap in some of the pictures. hehe.

another attempt

ok. so here is another attempt at writing a blog. Im seriously to lazy to do this. lol and that's sad. So My sister Stephanie was here for about 5 days to visit. I wish we could have spent all our time with her but we had to share her with other people. Anyway, We went to dinner a lot. Had some family bbq's and just hung out. It was a lot of fun. I miss her already. I wish her and her husband could move back. Its really hard not having her here. Here are some pictures from her visit.

ug!

I just wrote a huge blog and my computer went nuts and didnt take it..and now its gone..I cant believe it. oh well. Lame computer. My sister Stephanie is in town visiting from new jersey. So im pretty excited. We went to VAFB today to look around and shop. I got a lot of groceries for really really cheap. It was like Christmas. It was so exciting. And they dont Tax!!! WOOOo. anyway, then we went to dinner at the ming. that was good. so yeah. Im not going to kickback this year because im 7 1/2 months prego and that would suck. plus my sister is here. so yeah. I really dont feel like writing his blog all over again. so I will tomorrow. With picture of the new house and stuff. sorry ..love ya!

moving!

YUP. Jason and I are moving this week! After a lot of prayer and a great offer we decided to it was time to find a new place. Not that we don't love the place we are in now. We just feel the other house is a better place to bring a new baby home to. So I have made a pros list.

PROS.
1. house is newer
2. no bugs!
3. no spider webs
4. a beautiful kept up yard (front and back)
5. An apple tree!
6. Its so clean!
7. Grandparents are our landlords
8. awesome neighborhood
9. the house has installation (making for a nice warm winter)
10. the kitchen has nice counter tops. (the whole house is more updated)
11. right around the corner from my aunt Christine and uncle rob and grandparents and aunt Barbara. (hey aunt Debi! you should move to!)

CONS ABOUT MOVING
1. leaving our awesome neighbors
2. no built in fire pit
3. The red wall.
4. The huge backyard! (the new back yard is pretty awesome though)
5. having to pack and move. and clean the old house before we leave.

So as you can see. The pros out weight the cons. there is so much more I could say about the new house. Down to the awesome stove in the kitchen. But the list would go on and on. All in all, it will be nice to let my baby crawl around on a clean floor and not be afraid of what bug he will be picking up when we don't look. The house we are in now just feels dirty. No matter how much you clean it , it doest feel clean. When I walked in the other house I felt like I could breath better. It felt right. so yeah, there's the story. what do you think?

So the new house is on Harmony ln. Right next to Kenneth in orcutt. I'm excited and sad to go. I have an attachment to the place we are in now. But I suppose its just part of life.

Just thought you should all know that I am making some bomb meatloaf. Im not a huge fan, but it sounded so good. But its not going to be good. .Its going to be amazing. YUM.


OMG! Today I was driving down Broadway and some crazy guy jumped in front of my car holding a sign that said Legalize Suicide!!!! I had to slam on my breaks so I wouldn't hit him and almost had a pileup..It was so scary. people were honking at him and screaming..and he kept jumping in front of cars. So I called 911 and they said the cops were on the way and the guy would be arrested. It was so crazy..I couldn't believe it. I was so pissed because Im pregnant and getting in to an accident would suck and someone else could have gotten hurt. That guys needs some major help

So, im 25 weeks pregnant! yay! Im very excited to have made it to this point. Im finally feeling the baby move every day..Pretty much every hour..AND every hour of the night. So my sleep is limited. But I suppose its just getting me prepared for whats ahead of me... Ive been doing some research just for my peace of mind. Did you know that babies can survive if they are born this early? Crazy! Now, im not saying I want to have my baby now. Of course not! I would love to make it full term. But now I can sleep at night knowing that if something happened and I delivered this baby early, He would have a chance to make it. I looked up babies that were born at 25 weeks and survived. I dont know if that sounds weird or not...I just wanted to see what babies look like right about now. To my surprise they are fully developed! they can open their eyes, they have hair. They are fully formed and still very cute. It was kind of depressing though, seeing the poor things hooked up to machines to help them breath. I would never wish that upon anyone or any baby. I suppose you do what you have to do.So I had an appointment the other day with Dr. D. Im very happy to say that I DO NOT have gestational diabetes. Thank the Lord! I was so scared! Ive only gained 7 lbs in 6 months and that is very very good they told me. About 3 lbs is the baby, the water, placenta...so im doing great with that part. yay! They pricked my finger though. that kind of sucked. I thought I would like that better then getting blood drawn..but no...it was scary. lol.

So Jason and I went camping at Yosemite for a family reunion. It was fun..and kind of sucked at the same time. Only because of the heat. ButI survived. I will post some picture another time..I have to go watch jeopardy and wheel of fortune!! ayyayayayyayay

finally!

Finally!! a new blog. Sorry this has taken so long. Anyway. The past couple of weeks haven't been to exciting. But they haven't been boring either. Lots of graduations and lots of expensive dinners. Wed we went to the beach and had a bonfire for Kyles birthday. It was a lot of fun. here are some pictures.

and yes..I have decided to be a nun..a pregnant nun. and josh is very excited about that.My poor husband has been so busy with work lately. I really haven't seen the guy in almost 3 days. we did go to dinner on wed but then he had to go back to work. The other day he went to work at 7. got done at 5 and went back to work at 8pm until 5 am!!! and get this. He woke up at 7 am to go back to work! crazy guy. he is so busy and I miss him. I finally get to spend some time with him tonight YAY!

FATHERS DAY! Jason and I skipped out on church to go to my aunt Debbie's house for breakfast. A lot of the family was there. It was pretty fun. And the food was awesome! I wish our family would get together more often. like we used to. It was like " oh hey guys...its Monday, wanna have a BBQ" now it seems like we have to have some special thing going on to get together. I guess that's life. Anyway, I got to spend some time with my dad and I got him some silly little gifts. I think he liked them. Its nice to see him. Its sad that we live so close and I only see him once every two weeks. so here is a picture from my wedding. My grandpa Steve from NC ..My daddy Steve and my grandpa Ron. I love them all!
Well, I guess I can update about the baby. I'm finally 20 weeks! very exciting. I feel like this is a big deal because I made it past the 19 weeks and everything is going so well. I did freak out a little because I couldn't feel the baby move for over a week. But I got an ultrasound done and everything was fine. I'm pretty sure the baby is a boy. And I'm fine with that. Actually I'm very excited about that! I would love to have another little girl, because I'm afraid I will never get to have one. But I will love this baby more then anything whether its a boy or girl.. I went to Ross yesterday and bought some baby clothes. Just to help the pregnancy feel more real..and to convince myself that everything is going to be ok and I'm really going to have a baby. I still haven't made the connection with this baby, but I can feel it getting stronger. I think I just needed to get past that scary point. Now that I have, I feel much better. OH YEAH!!! WE FIND OUT WHAT THE BABY IS ON WED!!! WOOOOO. what do you think im going to have? here is what the baby should look like.
